JUNIOR PROGRAMS

Accessible. Engaging. Skill-Building.

Our diverse youth programs cater to all skill levels, from first-time golfers to elite college-bound athletes. Many are offered at no cost or include scholarship opportunities, ensuring accessibility across the board.

Corica Park Free Youth Play

FREE YOUTH GOLF

Free walk-up play on all three courses after 4:00 in the fall and winter, and 5:00 in the spring and summer for all youth 18 and under.

 

Wednesday walk-up play for golf and footgolf is free all day, year-round on the Mif unless the course is closed for other programming.

Youth On Course x TaylorMade DRIVE Club

Corica Park is proud to be a Youth On Course x TaylorMade DRIVE Club Community Hub. This program connects experienced junior golfers (DRIVE guides) with new players, empowering youth to grow the game. Participants receive Youth On Course discounts and free equipment rental.

SCHOOL OUTINGS

Recreational opportunities in footgolf, field trips, after school programs, and more. Please contact our Director of Community Engagement, Tamara Sabella for more information.

SUNDAYS ON THE GREEN

Small group lessons focusing on golf instruction, life skills, and mentorship offered at no cost to Alameda youth ages 10-17. Led by former Alameda High School Golf Coach Nick Wolf.

No-cost, winter season golf league open to all Alameda middle school students. A collaboration with All Good Living Foundation’s Do Good Sports Club and led by former Alameda High School golf coach Nick Wolf.

TEAM ACCESS

Free and discounted practice use for local high school and collegiate teams.

Free annual practice memberships awarded to selected competitive golfers with a focus on supporting their paths to collegiate play.

ON THE GREEN GOLF & PLAY SUMMER CAMPS

Week-long summer camps offered at no cost, including transportation and meals, for youth from underserved East Bay communities.

Summer Wednesday tournaments and clincs hosted by Alameda Junior Golf Club. Greenway Golf provides use of the facility for the program completely free of charge including all tee times for tournament play and range balls for clinics. 

We also offer additional special programming including elite camps for competitive players and PGA Junior league throughout the year. Please visit our Calendar of Events for the latest information.
