An energetic Zumba session will be followed by a wellness talk on the modern conveniences that make our life eaiser, but also have potentially harmful impacts on our health. Just bring your moves and good shoes! No dance experience necessary.

Schedule:

6pm-7pm: Zumba Session

7:00pm-7:30pm, Wellness Talk: Consequences of Convenience. Are the things that make our lives easier possibly harming our health?

More about Denise:

Living Life with Purpose is Denise's passion and that includes helping others live their best life!  She believes her mission is to serve individuals that are ready to make themselves a priority. "I’ve been where you are. I pushed my personal well-being to the back burner to take care of everyone around me. Now that I’m taking care of myself, I’m more effectively able to take care of others. Taking care of yourself so you can be your best for others is a win-win! Working with me is not about me, it’s all about getting results for you!"
