A free community workshop on understanding and coping with grief during the holiday season, when feelings of loss from a death, divorce, health change, move, or other life transition often intensify. This session combines a short presentation, gentle guided relaxation practices, and optional group discussion to help participants recognize the signs of grief and learn practical, evidence-based tools for getting through the season. Open to adults grieving any kind of loss and to those supporting a grieving family member or friend.
