JOIN US IN HELPING CHILDREN STEP INTO PLAY!
Access for all children to sport and to the vital health benefits of green space is central to all of our no-cost youth programs. However, without a good pair of shoes, kids are left out of opportunities for play that nurture learning, build confidence and support physical fitness.
This holiday season, we are hosting our first annual shoe drive in partnership with Shoes That Fit. This is a cause very dear to our hearts and to maximize impact, Greenway Golf will match every donation for the first 100 pairs of shoes. Our goal is to provide a total of 200 pairs of shoes for children and teens served by Alameda Point Collaborative, All Good Living Foundation and Camp EDMO at Ruby Bridges Elementary. These organizations all provide services for low-income Alameda and East Bay families, including youth who are homeless or transitioning out of homelessness.
