South Course
The South Course underwent a complete new construction and design by renowned golf architect Rees Jones. Styled after the sand belt courses of Australia, the Alameda Corica Park South Course is the only one of its kind by Rees Jones in the Bay Area. Environmental features include: improved drainage and water reclamation, state-of-the-art irrigation, and drought-tolerant grasses. Even the soft-curbed cart paths contain recycled glass. Other course features include: professional Tour style course conditioning for great lies, climate sustainable grass with natural water wildlife habitats, wide expansive fairways to help your drives find the short grass, fun risk & reward options for imaginative shot making, distinct Australian design feel (without traveling down under) with 5 sets of tees to provide many different playing angles.
North Course
The North Course draws inspiration from turn-of-the-century Golden Age golf course design in Great Britain and the United States. With extensive contours and thoughtful shaping, the design features rolling hills, wide fairways and large greens, allowing many opportunities for creative play and quality challenges.
With a focus on responsible environmental stewardship, the North Course is currently undergoing a complete redesign and renovation, enhancing many of the innovations pioneered on the Corica Park South Course to reduce carbon footprint and nurture biodiversity.
Construction on the back 9 scheduled for completion in December 2024.

Mif Albright Par 3 Course
A fun 9-hole, par-3 course that plays from 75 to 147 yards per hole. It's great for beginners, juniors, seniors, short-game practice or just quick fun with friends. What most people don't know about the Mif is that it was designed by Marc Logan and built by the in-house expert construction team of Greenway Golf; the same crews that remodeled the South Course and are now working on the North Course. Overall Result: The Mif is the best Par 3 course in the region.
